Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Combine half the flour, yeast, sugar, salt.
  2. Warm water, soy milk, and butter until butter melts. Want 110°F. Too hot will kill yeast.
  3. Beat wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Add flour slowly while beating in.
  5. Knead until smooth.
  6. Rest dough 10 minutes.
  7. Divide into 12 pieces and put in greased 8-inch pan.
  8. Let rise until doubled in size. ~45 min. Adjust yeast based on available rise time and room temp.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  10. Top with additional melted butter.
  11. Bake 20 minutes.
