Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- Flour: 250 g
- Yeast: 2 tsp
- Sugar: 2 Tbsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Water : 1/4 cup
- Soy milk: 1/2 cup
- Vegan butter: 2 Tbsp
Steps
- Combine half the flour, yeast, sugar, salt.
- Warm water, soy milk, and butter until butter melts. Want 110°F. Too hot will kill yeast.
- Beat wet and dry ingredients together.
- Add flour slowly while beating in.
- Knead until smooth.
- Rest dough 10 minutes.
- Divide into 12 pieces and put in greased 8-inch pan.
- Let rise until doubled in size. ~45 min. Adjust yeast based on available rise time and room temp.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Top with additional melted butter.
- Bake 20 minutes.
