Cashew Dip

Goes well on chips or on anything. Doesn’t actually taste like queso dip, but does hit the same spot.
Ingredients
- Water (just off boil): 3/4 cup
- Cashews: 1 cup raw cashews
- Garlic: 1 clove garlic
- Nutritional yeast: 2 heaping Tbsp
- Cumin: 1/2 tsp ground
- Chili powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- MSG: 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Chipotle powder: 1 tsp
I want to try subbing out the chipotle powder for a chipotle pepper in adobo sauce.
Directions
Blend everything using the smoothie blender until smooth. Blending longer will actually thicken the sauce.
